Create a new Drupal project

Create a Composer-managed project from the recommended template.

composer create-project drupal/recommended-project my-site

Add Drush, the Drupal command-line tool, to the project.

composer require drush/drush

Run the installer with the standard profile. Use a real database password.

vendor/bin/drush site:install standard --db-url='mysql://drupal:[email protected]/drupal' --account-name=admin --site-name="My Site"

Show the Drupal and PHP versions, database connection and paths.

vendor/bin/drush status
