Jupyter: Install and launch

Install JupyterLab

Install JupyterLab into your environment.

pip install jupyterlab

Start the server and open the browser at http://localhost:8888.

jupyter lab

Start the server without opening a browser, for use on a remote machine (then tunnel the port over SSH).

jupyter lab --no-browser --port 8888

Start the single-document Jupyter Notebook interface.

jupyter notebook

Show running servers and their tokens.

jupyter server list
